What the lifetime workmanship warranty means

It's the standard our whole shop is built on, stated plainly: your Proset installation is guaranteed against defects in our workmanship and in the materials we supply — for as long as you own the vehicle.

That means if something goes wrong because of how the glass was installed or the materials we used, we fix it at no cost to you. It is not a warranty against new damage — it's a promise that our work was done right.

Windshield Replacement Lifetime

Lifetime workmanship on a leak-free, wind-noise-free install with a proper automotive-urethane bond. We back the installation for as long as you own the vehicle and give you a safe-drive-away time at every appointment.

Back / Rear Glass Lifetime

Lifetime workmanship on the install, with your defroster grid and any in-glass antenna reconnected and checked — plus a full cleanup of the shattered tempered glass before we leave.

Side / Door Window Lifetime

Lifetime workmanship on a clean, rattle-free install. The window seats and travels correctly, and we vacuum every shard out of the door and interior.

Chip & Crack Repair Repair Credit

A repair restores strength and stops the chip from spreading. If a repaired chip later spreads, the cost of the repair can typically be applied toward a replacement — ask us about the details.

ADAS Recalibration 45-Day Warranty

Recalibrated to manufacturer spec and warrantied for 45 days — longer than the 30 days most shops offer. If a calibration issue tied to our work appears within that window, we re-verify and correct it.

Our ADAS recalibration warranty runs 45 days — not 30

Most shops warranty an ADAS camera recalibration for 30 days. Proset gives you 45 — 50% longer — because getting your safety systems aimed correctly after a windshield replacement matters. Is the lifetime warranty really for life?

Yes. Our workmanship warranty lasts for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers the quality of our installation and the materials we used — not new damage that happens later.

What does the warranty cover?

Defects in our workmanship and in the materials we supply — things like leaks, wind noise, improper bonding, or defective glass. If our installation isn't right, we make it right at no cost to you.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell the car?

Our warranty coverage is tied to the original installation we performed on your vehicle. If you've bought or sold the vehicle, contact us at info@prosetautoglass.com or call 407-653-2775 and we'll let you know how your coverage applies.

How long is ADAS recalibration covered?

45 days — longer than the 30 days many shops offer. If a recalibration issue tied to our work shows up within 45 days, we re-verify and correct it. More on ADAS recalibration.

What's not covered?

New damage from rocks, road debris, accidents, break-ins, abuse, or pre-existing issues on the vehicle — and any work done by another shop. Those aren't workmanship defects, so they fall outside the warranty. Many of them are covered by insurance, and we're happy to help with a claim.

Do I need my receipt to use the warranty?

It helps, but you usually don't need it — we keep a record of your service. Having your name, vehicle, and the rough date of the work makes it even faster to look up.
